Governor's Project 2010:

This year, CKI members from all across New England will be participating in a large-scale district-wide service project at Camp Sunshine in Casco, Maine!  Camp Sunshine is one of New England CKI's District Projects.  Camp Sunshine is a camp for children with life threatening illnesses and their families.  Join us at the Camp this year to help clean-up their campgrounds and get them ready for a busy summer season.

Registration is $25 and includes:

  • Housing (On-site at Camp Sunshine)
  • Food (Pizza lunch, catered dinner, s'mores, and light breakfast on Sunday)
  • Service Activities (Camp clean-up and activity books for kids at KPTI!)
  • Fellowship Activities (Team-building and campfire/s'mores!)
  • Commemorative Event T-Shirt! 
The event will begin at 10am at Camp Sunshine.  We will break for lunch around noon and then continue the clean-up all afternoon.  We will break for dinner and then will continue with our evening activities.  We will be lodging in the Camp Sunshine Volunteer Housing.  In the morning we will have a light breakfast and a brief closing session.
